CUNNINGHAM PARTICIPATES ON 
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PANEL
November 10, 2025 | The Illinois Chamber took part in a panel discussion on 
economic development during the first annual Illinois River Cities and Towns 
Initiative (IRCTI) Conference in Peoria. The panel was focused on economic 
development opportunities along the Illinois River and was moderated by 
Christopher Setti, CEO of the Greater Peoria Economic Development Council. 
The panel featured Alyson Grady, Deputy Director of the Illinois Department 
of Commerce & Economic Opportunity, Kyla Karten, Vice President of Site 
Readiness at Illinois EDC, and Andrew Cunningham, Director of Legislative 
Relations for the Illinois Chamber.
SUPERVISOR TRAINING A TO Z
December 3, 2025 | We were excited to host our Supervisor Training from A to 
Z workshop, crafted to equip supervisors with the leadership skills and practi-
cal knowledge needed to excel in their roles. This interactive workshop, led by 
Elaine Hand of Innerview LLC, offered participants the opportunity to bring 
their specific topics for discussion, ensuring the content addresses real-world 
challenges and the goals of today’s supervisors and managers.
INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS COUNCIL 
HOSTS ROUNDTABLE
October 1, 2025 | The Illinois Chamber’s International Business Council 
hosted a dynamic roundtable on advancing sustainable water strategies across 
industries at the UIC’s Energy Resources Center. The roundtable was organized 
in partnership with the Québec Government Office in Chicago and the Illinois 
Environmental Regulatory Group (IERG).
CHAMBER CELEBRATES PEORIA DAY
October 14, 2025 | The Illinois Chamber’s Andrew Cunningham was proud to 
attend “Peoria Day” at Liberty Steel & Wire in celebration of the revitalization 
of the Peoria Facility. It was a great day as the company hosted a facility tour 
and shared some of the community programs and partnerships that will be 
launched in the near term.
